Can I pay online and collect from your warehouse in Yeppoon?
You most certainly can! All you need to do is complete the online as usual and then select the LOCAL PICKUP option. Your order will then be packed and put aside for pick up.
What should I do if there is something wrong with my order?
If you have any issues with your product simply call or email us + one of the team will help you out. Any faulty products can be replaced or refunded.
How do I return my order?
To return an item, simply return via post and postage paid will be refunded to your nominated bank account. If the item is faulty we will cover the cost of postage. We will also do exchanges if you purchase the incorrect size (unless part of our vintage collections), we do NOT refund for the wrong size purchase. Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns based on a change of mind – but you’ll definitely love what you’re getting!
Do you hold items/clothing?
Unfortunately we do not do item holds; however, we do have Afterpay available.
Do you do lay buys?
We don't sorry.
Do you restock all items from collections?
If the product is still available for us to purchase and is very popular then we sure will!
Where is your warehouse located?
You'll find our warehouse located in a small coastal town known as Yeppoon in Central Queensland, Australia.
Orders under $200.00 will be subject to shipping fees based on location. Any order that comes to a value equal to or over $200.00 will receive free shipping!
If your order is $200.00 or more, you must manually select the FREE SHIPPING option at the checkout.
